USA Powerlifting Coaching Fundamentals

Course

This course features self-directed learning modules. It is an introduction to coaching at a USA Powerlifting competition. This course is a prerequisite for those that wish to go onto become certified USA Powerlifting coaches.

5-24-26 Club Certification Course - Washington DC

This is the USA Powerlifting Club (Level 1) Coach Certification Course. It will be held 8am-5pm Eastern at Onelife Fitness Tenleytown (Washington DC)

6-6-26 Club Certification Course - Online

Course

This is the USA Powerlifting Club (Level 1) Coach Certification Course. It will be held online from 9am-5pm Eastern.

USA Powerlifting National Coach Certification Course

Course

A 2-day course. 6/9: lecture/practical. 6/10-14: shadow a Senior Coach at USA Powerlifting Masters or Raw Nationals (1 session required).
